Since opening our first Master Bao in 2019 we’ve had many requests to bring Master Bao to Westfield Stratford City and the time has finally come. From 23rd May we’ll be bringing everything you know and love about Master Bao to a new audience.
But this Master Bao is definitely not a copy and paste – we want each and every opening to have its own character and points of interest. We started from scratch with our design and it definitely feels more grown up, drawing inspiration from street food stalls and iconography we saw in Taiwan. We’ll even have a dedicated noodle room so we can create fresh and extra chewy udon noodles every single day. Plus we’ll have Taiwanese beef noodle soup on our menu, a new selection of bubble tea and a Stratford-exclusive hot chicken bao with Szechuan maple butter, smacked cucumber and onion relish.
To celebrate the opening, we’ll be giving away 600 free bao across the opening weekend. Head to the 1st floor foodcourt and you can’t miss us – we look forward to welcoming you very soon!
