In 2019, we were invited to bring the steamed buns that have made us famous to Westfield’s revamped food court. Of course, we didn’t just copy and paste from our restaurants: instead, we set out to create the best food kiosk we could imagine! Everything from our stunning, mirrored pillars to our heated collection area has been designed to invite you in and provide you with the freshest food possible.
In May 2024, we headed to East London and opened our second Master Bao in Westfield Stratford City. This site has its own personality, design, some exclusive dishes and 148 golden waving cats!
We are proud to showcase the ingredients of the best food and drink suppliers in London. Our Halal meat comes from Flock & Herd and our fresh fruit and vegetables come from Thornicrofts. We have several specialist suppliers that import products from across Asia. And the chilli oil? We make that ourselves!
