We’ve got a new special joining our menu this week. This is our spin on the classic Taiwanese beef noodle soup that we tried many times whilst exploring the street food markets in Taipei. Our version combines a rich and slightly spicy broth with chunks of tender beef, wide noodles, pak choi and pickled mustard greens. A perfectly warming dish to keep you going through winter.
