Plum Wine Negronis at Master Bao

We’re taking things up a notch at Master Bao this summer and serving up our house made plum wine negronis every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evening from our kiosk in Westfield, White City.

Our negroni, an unusual take on the classic cocktail, is a menu staple at Mr Bao and Daddy Bao, combining campari, Tanqueray Gin, chocolate bitters and umeshu (plum wine). We mix every batch ourselves and barrel age it for eight weeks to achieve maximum flavour in every sip and like to think that it’s the perfect accompaniment to the flavours in our food.

We will be serving our negroni to enjoy by the glass or you can purchase a full bottle to really get your evening started.

Running Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 1st July to 6th September.
